Our hote, located in Izmir which is third largest city of Turkey and the most important city of Aegean Region, is built on 14.054 m2 and is of 4-star category with 4 floors and 100 rooms. One of these rooms have been designed in such a way that our disabled guests can stay in comfort. 50 of our rooms have been arranged to allocate our smoking guests. Unfortunately we do not have suitable rooms to accommodate our pet friends. Being both a city and a congress hotel, our hotel can welcome the guests who want to visit the capital city and do sightseeing tours to places such as Clock Tower, Kizlaragasi Inn, Hisar Mosque, Synagogue Street, Inciralti Coast, Asansor (Dario Moreno Street), Alsancak Kibris Martyrs Avenue, Izmir Natural Life Parki, Cesme, Urla, Cesmealti Ancient City of Ephesus, House of Virgin Mary, Sirince and the ones who want to hold congress, meetings and special organisations and to attend exhibitions.
Our restaurant which serves a wide variety of open buffet breakfast is at your disposal to have a good start of the day
After your city tours or busy meetings you can relax at our outdoor swimming pool, fitness hall and sauna, or enjoy your drink at the garden or go for a walk among the pine trees.
Either for business or pleasure, we will be pleased to welcome you at our hotel where you can stay at a peaceful atmosphere among the pine trees and feel at home

FACILITIES
There are 3 meeting halls, one a la carte restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and sauna at our hotel.
Ball Room has an area of 341 m2. It has a capacity of 300 people for banquette, 400 people for cocktail purposes.
Bardacik Hall has an area of 106 m2. It has a capacity of 80 people for banquette, 130 people for cocktail purposes.
Pool side area has a capacity of 700 people
Fitness hall and sauna are at disposal of all our guests and free of charge.
An outdoor parking lot for 70 vehicles is also available for the guests and free of charge.
