This complex groups the Amandiers, Amyris and Caribia hotels and lies 3 km from the fishing village of Sainte-Luce. It is bordered on 2 sides by natural sandy beaches. Guests will find all they will ever need, such as banks, chemists, doctors, a post office, a selection of shops, restaurants and bars in nearby Sainte-Luce, which may be reached by car in around 10 minutes. Montravail Forest is approximately 5 km away.

This beach hotel was opened in 1995 and comprises 75 apartments. Amongst the facilities count a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a selection of shops, a cafe, 2 bars and 2 restaurants. Moreover, conference facilities are available and it is possible to gain access to the Internet as well as to make use of the laundry service. Younger guest may participate in the kids' club activities or let off steam in the playground. There is car parking for those arriving by car.
